Edith Danner, proprietor
Homemade on purpose.
The milk is bottled in small lots from the eight girls who work the stands. The butter is churned in the morning. Edith logs each batch to the girl it came from and sells it through the creamery register.
The case follows the girls, not a factory schedule.
Some mornings Daisy runs long and clean. Some mornings Maybelle fills first. If the board changes before noon, it changes because the work did.

Track the girl, not just the recipe.
Each morning lot is logged by name, time, room, and what line it suited that day. Edith reads the board before the case opens.
